Quick, cost-effective, early-stage testing

Problem: A mid-sized beverage manufacturer was developing a new line of teas using an exotic new functional ingredient, but needed guidance in the natural products arena.

Solution: A/B/C tests to compare various positioning options with consumers and identify areas of opportunity to improve upon the idea. Omnibus monthly testing and existing NEXT Trend benchmarks were utilized.

Results: Clear feedback about: which new attributes and positioning resonated best with consumers, the strength of the concept, and how to incorporate their ingredient-origin story into marketing to maximize appeal. The manufacturer was able to move forward with confidence towards productizing the idea.
